- This plan is only honored at Stratland Dental. It cannot be used at any other dental or specialist office.
Limitations
- Any unused services within the patient membership are nontransferable to other plan members regardless of the service.
- Any missed appointments or cancellations not made within 48 hours of the appointment may be charged a cancellation fee.
- All payments are due in full at the time services are rendered.
- No refunds.
